Les A. Czaczyk, AIA is the Founder and President of LCA Architecture, Inc. and has been a Florida Registered Architect since 1995. He earned his Master of Architectural Engineering Degree from the School of Architecture at Technical University of Wroclaw, a world recognized, leading architectural college in Poland. Les also completed his US equivalency education at the University of Florida.

Denise S. Cravy, AIA, NCARB, Vice President has been a Florida Registered Architect since 2015 and is Certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards. She earned her Bachelor of Design Degree from the University of Florida and her Bachelor of Architecture Degree from Florida Atlantic University. Denise joined LCA in 2014 and became a partner in 2017.
